Responsibilities :Brand Strategy Development :- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to establish and enhance brand presence in the market.- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.Marketing Campaigns :- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.Content Creation :- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media posts.- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.Brand Communication :- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.- Develop and manage relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.Event Management :- Organize and coordinate brand events, exhibitions, and product launches.- Ensure effective execution and promotion of events to maximize brand exposure.Product Positioning :- Assist in defining product positioning and key messaging to differentiate the brand in the market.- Work closely with the product development team to ensure brand alignment with new product launches.Market Analysis :- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to support strategic decision-making.Customer Engagement :- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience (3-6 years) in brand management or marketing, preferably within the Automobile or EV (2-Wheeler) industry.- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.- Immediate joiner or available within a 15-day notice period.- This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and make a significant impact on the brand\'s market presence.
