Position Overview:

As our Brand & Digital Marketing Professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and amplifying our message to reach a wider audience. From formulating strategic plans to executing impactful campaigns, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to build a strong brand identity and engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing brand and corporate visual identity and communication strategy.
• Formulating digital and social media marketing strategies.
• Planning and implementing campaigns for improved business brand positioning.
• Facilitating SEO and SEM to Social Media Marketing.
• Managing digital assets including websites, social media profiles, and communications.
• Planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Developing campaign strategies, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinating with agencies/partners to achieve digital and larger organization objectives.
• Creating engaging content for digital channels.
• Growing presence on social media platforms.
• Planning and executing email-marketing campaigns.
• Optimizing website content for search engine visibility and ranking.
• Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices.
• Managed PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or related roles, preferably in nonprofit sector.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on brand building and social media engagement.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for social impact and a genuine desire to contribute to positive societal change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,989.68 - ?23,664.36 per month
