• Client Engagement: Attract walk-in clients and explain our modular kitchen, wardrobe, and vanity concepts. Handle end-to-end sales activities.
• Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and schedule meetings with clients and architects.
• Sales Management: Oversee sales discussions with clients, follow up on generated leads, and manage client confirmations on designs and quotes.
• Site Visits: Visit client sites if necessary to understand their needs and oversee site execution with the installation team.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and manage references for sales handling.
• Client Coordination: Coordinate with the accounts team regarding closure amounts and track changes after client confirmations.
• Project Management: Manage complex projects, multi-task, and execute sales channel expansion plans beyond retail sales through B2B sales.
• Virtual Communication: Demonstrate strong virtual communication skills and general IT fluency.
• Administrative Duties: Proficiently use Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for various tasks and planning.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• Strong virtual communication skills and general IT fluency.
