Job Description

Assisting with Brand Strategy Development

• Supporting Strategic Planning : Assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies to help grow the brand's presence in the market.
• Conducting Market Research : Performing research to understand market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to help shape brand strategies.
• Target Audience Analysis : Helping identify and analyze target audience segments to create tailored branding strategies.

2. Brand Identity and Positioning

• Brand Guidelines : Assisting in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Supporting Positioning : Helping in defining and positioning the brand in a way that differentiates it from competitors and appeals to the target audience.
• Brand Messaging : Supporting the development of consistent messaging that aligns with the brand's vision, values, and objectives.

3. Content Creation and Development

• Supporting Content Creation : Assisting in the creation of brand-related content for different platforms, such as websites, social media, print materials, and ads.
• Campaign Coordination : Helping in the execution and coordination of branding campaigns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative content that aligns with brand standards.
• Copywriting Support : Assisting in writing or editing copy for various brand communication materials to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's voice.

4. Brand Communications

• Internal Communication Support : Assisting with internal brand communications to ensure employees are aligned with brand values and strategies.
• External Communication : Helping coordinate public relations efforts, promotional materials, and external communication to ensure the brand is represented consistently.
• Social Media Support : Assisting the social media team in creating and scheduling brand-related content for social media platforms.

5. Collaboration with Other Teams

• Cross-Department Collaboration : Working closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams to ensure the brand's messaging and identity are consistent across all departments and customer touchpoints.
• Brand Consistency : Assisting in ensuring that all communications, campaigns, and materials reflect the brand's identity consistently.

6. Monitoring and Reporting

• Tracking Brand Performance : Assisting in tracking and analyzing the performance of branding efforts through various metrics, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales data.
• Competitive Analysis : Monitoring competitors' branding efforts and identifying areas where the brand can improve or differentiate itself.
• Reporting : Helping compile regular reports on brand development activities, tracking progress toward strategic goals, and offering recommendations for improvements.

7. Event and Promotion Support

• Event Planning and Coordination : Assisting in the planning and execution of brand-related events, product launches, or promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Promotional Campaigns : Supporting the execution of promotional campaigns that strengthen brand recognition and engagement.

8. Customer Feedback and Insights

• Customer Research : Assisting with gathering feedback from customers or conducting surveys to better understand customer perceptions and sentiments toward the brand.
• Analyzing Feedback : Helping analyze customer feedback, reviews, and social media conversations to gain insights that can influence brand strategy and improvements.

9. Brand Asset Management

• Asset Organization : Supporting the management of brand assets such as logos, images, videos, and marketing materials to ensure proper use and storage.
• Creative Brief Support : Assisting in the creation and management of creative briefs for design teams or external agencies working on brand materials.

10. Brand Innovation and Development

• Supporting New Product/Service Launches : Assisting in the branding of new products or services, including supporting market research, positioning, and messaging efforts.
• Brand Evolution : Contributing to the evolution of the brand by suggesting creative ways to refresh or innovate the brand identity to keep it relevant in the marketplace.

11. Administrative Support

• Schedule and Coordination : Providing administrative support to the brand development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing timelines for branding projects.
• Documentation : Keeping accurate records of brand development activities, campaign details, and communications to ensure smooth workflows.

12. Brand Awareness and Growth

• Market Expansion : Supporting efforts to expand the brand into new markets or demographics by assisting in research, planning, and execution of market-entry strategies.
• Brand Loyalty Programs : Helping develop programs or initiatives that encourage customer loyalty and brand advocacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
