Momence is a next-gen booking and communications platform for experience-based businesses such as yoga and pilates studios, gyms, dance schools, salons and spas, golf facilities, swim schools, and more. We support thousands of businesses in scheduling, payments, communication, and automation of their business backend. Our customer-facing Momence app enables hundreds of thousands of customers to book their wellness experiences every month. Role Overview:



We are seeking a Senior-Mid Level Brand Designer to elevate and develop the visual communications and brand identity of Momence. This part-time, remote position will play a critical role in shaping the visual language of our brand, supporting our marketing efforts, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain the visual identity of Momence across all platforms and materials.
• Design compelling graphics for digital ads, banners, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging email templates and checklists.
• Create and manage the production of branded merchandise.
• Establish and evolve the visual culture and language of Momence.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand guidelines and values.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating digital ads and marketing materials.
• Strong visual skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Proficiency with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience in designing emails and email templates.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in the wellness or experience-based industry.
• Previous work with remote teams and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
