Brand Catapult, a marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a talented Brand Designer & Illustrator to join their creative team. As a brand designer, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visual assets that communicate the brand\'s message effectively. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, branding projects, and advertising campaigns Produce high-quality illustrations, graphics, and layouts using industry-standard software Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet brand guidelines and standards Conduct design research to stay up-to-date on design trends, competitors, and industry best practices Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to develop effective campaigns Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy Ensure all deliverables are ready for final production and provide final output files to production teams Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related fields A minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, advertising, or illustration Strong creative and conceptual skills with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your abilities Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of web design, UX/UI, and animation is a plus
