- Develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, newsletters, and other platforms
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop content ideas
- Collaborate cross functionally to enable the content delivery for internal communications and other initiatives
- Edit and proofread content before publication
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Assist in developing content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Create unique, user-friendly, and informative content while adhering to the best SEO practices
- Edit and update the existing content when necessary
- Check the quality and accuracy of content prior to publication
- Publish and promote content on numerous social media outlets
- Analyze the performance of content based on multiple KPIs, such as unique pageviews, conversion rates, and the average time on page
- Identify content setbacks and effectiveness, and determine the best content strategy moving forward
