As the Brand Communication Manager at Dezy Dental Care, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining our brand's communication tone and ensuring all content aligns with our values of empathy, ease, and understanding. Your role will be pivotal in creating a seamless and positive communication experience for our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Language: Develop and maintain an engaging and user-friendly language for our website that resonates with our brand values.
• Social Media Content: Create and manage compelling content for our social media channels to foster community engagement and brand awareness.
• Advertisements & Educational Videos: Craft persuasive and informative content for advertisements and educational videos to effectively communicate our services and values.
• Support for Doctors/Sales Team: Provide communication guidance and support to doctors and the sales team to enhance their interactions with patients.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring all communications are empathetic, clear, and helpful.
• Overall Brand Communication: Oversee and manage all content and communication efforts across the brand to ensure consistency and alignment with our core values.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and brand positioning.
• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and cultural shifts relevant to the brand and industry. Analyze consumer insights, social media trends, and market data to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand communication, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Experience in scaling up a personal social media page or a product/company page to 50K followers.
• Empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
