Our portfolio includes Restaurants, Bar and FBC Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team in Mohali and take care of our Brand and Marketing for our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and enhance our market position in the hospitality and real estate sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative flair, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. Key Responsibilities: Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s market presence and reputation. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Marketing Strategy: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content and promotional materials. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital advertising. Implement SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Public Relations and Communications: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders. Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials. Manage crisis communication and maintain a positive public image for the company. Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs. Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution. Measure and report on event effectiveness and ROI. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI. Conduct regular market analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to work evening and night shifts. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 800,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
