As Brand Advisor your role is to convey the Brand's values, history, ambitions, commitment to quality and creativity. Your mission is to ensure that clients receive a unique and personalized experience through your passion for our products, knowledge of our collections, your hospitality, sense of dealing with clients and listening skills:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive & achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Provide the best client experience through the delivery of premium client service, product knowledge and expertise.
• Strive to discover our clients and their needs, to guide them across the Brand.
• Engage with clients to develop long term relationships and confidence in our collectibles.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Conduct research on market trends and provide insights to support client recommendations.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation and notes for client accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities within the existing client base.

Required Skills & attributes:

• Candidate preferred from marketing or interior design background.
• Minimum 7 years of experience into Luxury/ Hospitality/ Interior Design Industry/ Marketing.
• Previous experience in a client-facing/ handling (National/ International).
• May require occasional travel for client meetings.
• Standard business hours, with some flexibility required based on client needs.
• Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
