You will lead and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of branch targets. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve CASA targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify and acquire new CASA customers through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and changes in regulatory policies affecting CASA products.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to CASA.
  • Implement and monitor risk management practices to safeguard the bank\xe2\x80\x99s interests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Branch Manager and senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:Educational Background:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking sales, with a focus on CASA products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills:
