Grade: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Candidates\' Skills & Experience
- Work Experience \xe2\x80\x93 1 to 5 years of B2B/B2C/Direct Sales Channel/
- BFSI is ok but no life insurance exposure is required
- Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Any Graduate (EXCEPT Bachelor in ARTS/Mass communication) OR Graduate + MBA. BCA, MCA, and B.Tech with sales experience are preferred
- Good verbal communications skills & good career stability (There should not be any Job change if a candidate has 1.5-year sales experience.)
- Local candidate & Open to travel in local city (2-wheeler / 4-wheeler)
- Male candidate only \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate with local city experience
- Candidate with no experience or education gap \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
- Manage channel partner business on a daily basis by visiting points of sales within a defined territory and meeting all concerned employees.
- Build excellent relationships with all concerned employees at the point of sales and fulfil all service-related requirements at the assigned Branches.
- Does personal and telephonic interaction with existing channel partner relationships for business mobilization and ensuring maximum conversion of loan borrowers for Credit Life cover.
- Handle/ resolve queries from relationships efficiently on a daily basis.
- Daily portal update for day-to-day interactions.
- Preparing MIS reports/sharing of conversion results weekly/fortnightly
