Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales performance of the branch, achieving business targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and mentoring the branch team, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Management:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the branch's revenue and profitability goals.
• Monitor branch sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and motivate the branch sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Promote excellent customer service standards within the branch.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch territory.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote products and services.
• Develop partnerships and alliances to expand the customer base.
• Operational Management:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Oversee branch operations, including budgeting, expense management, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and team performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
