- Source and acquire home loan customers through direct sourcing, DSAs, and connectors.- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales officers/executives.- Build strong relationships with builders, property agents, and other market influencers.- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.- Drive customer acquisition through field activities, loan melas, and promotional campaigns.- Ensure timely login and disbursement of files by coordinating with credit and operations teams.- Monitor portfolio quality and maintain healthy sourcing standards.- Achieve monthly business targets in terms of volume and revenue.- Handle customer queries, grievances, and ensure high customer satisfaction.- Maintain MIS reports and share updates with senior management.
