Branch Sales Manager Gold Loans
Job Description
- \xc3\x98 Will be responsible for meeting the branch targets of all financial products which includes Gold Loans and other cross sell products. \xc3\x98 Responsible for monitoring daily activities of Team \xe2\x80\x93 SRO & RO in terms of Leads Generated & New Customer Acquisition. \xc3\x98 Drive & participate in field-marketing activities along with the team to improve the brand visibility & generate leads for new customer acquisition in catchment area. \xc3\x98 Drive & ensure continuous customer engagement through various channels. \xc3\x98 Will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by tracking & controlling ROI. \xc3\x98 Will be responsible for strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control. \xc3\x98 Will be responsible for coaching, mentoring & training the team and also providing timely feedback on their performance and motivating them to achieve targets. Desired Candidate Profile - \xc3\x98 Candidate with minimum 5 Years of experience in Banking & Financial services can be looked at for the role. \xc3\x98 Prior Gold Loan & Team Handling experience will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9320,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per month Schedule:
