We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life, HDFC Life, Edelweiss Tokio, Kotak Life, Aditya Birla Life, and Bajaj Allianz Life.Job Details:

• Experience-

• Must have team leading experience of 3 to 4 years
• Insurance sales experience of minimum 7 to 8 years and field sales experience in Insurance industry.
• Applicant must have experince in Direct Channel
• CTC: upto 9 LPA + Performance Incentives
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• Location: Surat, Gujarat
• Candidate must be a localite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Is responsible for managing, developing & supervising the team with a key focus on Service to sales through relationship management, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales & service targets
• Identify, interview and select sales executives with support from HR
• Exceed revenue targets
• Undertake joint field work with executives and observe / demonstrate successful selling skills.
• Supervise daily activity plan of all executives to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
• Educate team/ prospects about products vis- -vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions

MEASURES OF SUCCESS: -

• Target Achievements (Adj. AFYP, NOP, % Penetration in assigned book of relations of team & Product Mix)
• Retention of Team
• Persistency of Portfolio
• Process Compliance
• Timeliness & accuracy of reports.
• Complaint Resolution /Customer satisfaction
