Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Female Branch Receptionist to join us. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and orderliness.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate with the bank's internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be Graduate ; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software (MS Office Suite).
• Prior experience in a bank or customer-facing role is preferred.

Skills:

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
