Job Description
:A Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) works in the branch banking team of a bank. Their responsibilities include:
- Generating new leads: Identifying potential customers and following up on referrals
- Building relationships: Creating new relationships with customers and deepening existing ones
- Providing services: Offering products and services to customers, including processing transactions
- Cross-selling: Selling additional products and services to customers
- Meeting sales targets: Working to achieve monthly sales targets
- Resolving issues: Addressing customer queries and issues
- Maintaining records: Keeping track of activities, calls, and follow-ups
- Introducing new channels: Introducing customers to alternative banking channels, such as mobile banking and internet banking
