Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
• Coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Overseeing administrative tasks within the branch.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing documentation and record-keeping.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams for branch success.
• Implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in branch operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
