Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved
Develop strategies to improve customer service standards
Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
Analyze data to identify trends in customer service or operational performance
Develop reports on staff performance or operational metrics
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
Ability to multi task effectively while maintaining attention to detail
