Key Responsibilities

:

Handle customer inquiries and assist in the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including gold appraisal and loan disbursement. Coordinate the documentation process for gold loans, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Assist in the branch's day-to-day operations, including managing cash, gold inventory, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Monitor and maintain branch performance metrics such as loan disbursement, collection, and recovery targets. Provide support in loan renewals and closures, ensuring adherence to company policies. Conduct periodic audits of gold inventory, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for branch performance and operations. Assist branch manager in implementing operational improvements to enhance customer experience and branch performance. Ensure that all regulatory and compliance guidelines are adhered to in all transactions.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome). 0 to 6 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role in banking, financial services, or gold loan industry. Knowledge of gold loan processes, customer service, and branch operations is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software and MS Office.
