About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our head office operations. This role is suited for a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, who can drive growth and optimize branch performance. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience, with an MBA in Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the head office, ensuring seamless execution of manpower and security services.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and policies in line with company objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating contract renewals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management within the branch to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Promote a positive work culture that supports collaboration, growth, and adherence to best practices.
• Financial Management & Reporting
• Manage branch budgets and oversee financial transactions to ensure profitability.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage resources efficiently to maximize branch performance.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols, risk assessments, and security measures within the branch operations.
• Coordinate with legal and HR departments to handle disciplinary actions and resolve any conflicts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education : MBA in Operations or equivalent qualification.
• Experience : Minimum 10 years in operations management, with a proven track record of branch or regional leadership.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teams.
• Proficiency in operations management software and MS Office Suite.
