About the role:
The goal of the branch manager is to increase the overall performance of the sales team by proper mentoring, setting performance targets, providing training, develop and execute sales strategies, conduct
market analysis and build client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they manage sales reporting, inventory, budget, and cross-functional collaboration, focusing on revenue
growth, compliance, and continuous improvement in sales processes.Job Role:
1) Responsible for branch level sales.
2) Set monthly targets for SO & review performance regularly.
3) Ensure SO adherence to beat plan & track productivity.
4) Provide cover to SO for customer visit & relationship building.
5) Maintain relations with accounts - distributor(s) & large dealers.
