The role involves managing branch operations, leading a team, driving sales, ensuring credit risk management, and maintaining customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage branch operations and staff.
Drive LAP business growth through DSAs and channel partners.
Oversee credit appraisal and risk management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Develop and mentor the branch team.Qualifications:Education: MBA is required
Experience: 5-8 years in LAP, with branch management experience.
