Cross-selling targets progressively.xc2xb7 Fee Incomexc2xb7 Branch Administration.xc2xb7 Regulatory Compliancexc2xb7 Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team membersxc2xb7 Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branchJOB REQUIREMENT:xc2xb7 Overall 4-6yrs of banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities.xc2xb7 Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities productsxc2xb7 Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIIBxc2xb7 Good Leadership skillsxc2xb7 Having more than 1-2 year work experiencexc2xb7 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processesxc2xb7 Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer DELIGHTxc2xb7 Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
