DESIGNATION: BRANCH MANAGER (AFF. HOME LOAN)PRIMERY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end
process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals. Leading team of Sales Execu\xc6\x9fve.
\xef\x82\xb7 Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs
and Connectors.
\xef\x82\xb7 Implemen\xc6\x9fng unique BTL marke\xc6\x9fng campaigns to add channels, NPA sales and direct customer
interac\xc6\x9fon.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collec\xc6\x9fons management and resolu\xc6\x9fons by selling out NPA.REQUIRED SKILLS:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3+Years of experience into home loans sales or mortgage loan sales
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum Qualifica\xc6\x9fon: Gradua\xc6\x9fon.
\xef\x82\xb7 Looking for only HL/Lap experience.
