Job Description
- Candidates having experience in brands such as LG, Sony, Samsung and Haier will be given an added advantage.
- Branch Manager is responsible to report to AGM.
- Should have strong exposure towards customer handling, Sale closing and also experienced in Team handling of minimum 20 to maximum 80 members.
- Good in handling day to day operational process.
- Good exposure towards understanding billing inventory and transport management.
- Responsible to hire and train new staff members.
- Responsible to run branch smoothly and also to maintain the branch\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
- Responsible to maintain all statutory forms and to adopt with the organization policies.
- Responsible to open and close store on time
- Responsible to conduct morning meetings daily to team understand the daily targets and plans to achieve the goal & also to do follow up enquiries.
