Job Description

PURPOSE

A Branch Manager/CFC Manager (Retail Sales and Operations) is responsible for the Business and Operational aspect of a Branch on daily basis as per the Policy and Direction from the Society on time to time. He/ She will be overseeing and ensure all the daily operations, Sales, Marketing activities, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives of Asset and Liability Division allocated to the Branch.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End ownership of sales of Assets and Liability and operations of the Branch. Manage team of Branch Executives, Sales Team Asset and Liability in the Branch.

Complete responsibility of End-to-End operations activities of the Branch.

Owning and delivering targets for key operating metrics.

100% Efficiency, Productivity and fulfilment of the assigned task given by the Society Management.

Supporting the Recruitment, training activities of the staff in the Branch

Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising of the Branch on daily basis.

Single point of contact between the HO and customers

He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time issues and report to HO.

Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the Society are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence.

Managing the security like Gold, Deeds, Agreements of Loan in the Join Custody

Opening and Closing of the Branch on Proper time by following security instructions on time to time.

Manage staff leave/ attendance on daily basis for efficient customer service.

Verification/ Recommendation of Bills/ invoice for payment of day-to-day purchase.

Comply timely registration of all statutory matters in advance and exhibit in the Branch based on the requirements

Coordination and achieve Business Target of all verticals ( LAP, Vehicle Finance, Gold Loan, Deposits, Business Loan, Personal Loan etc) in the Branch.

Authorise / Recommend and approve all Loan documents generated in the Branch other than Group Loan.

Attend review meeting and present the business position on a regular basis.

Communication and liaisons with Govt. /. Other agencies for the Business and statutory purpose.

Acting as Official representative of the Society for all requirements in the Branch.

Approvals of Petty/ Basic expense of Branches/ RO for smooth administrative and operational flow.

Conduct Members meeting for better Member's satisfaction.

Ensure Better Customer service and ensure the Development of the Branch.

Joint custodian of all assets, Locker Key and Shutter key of the Branch.

Achieve Gold Loan Target.

Follow up shifting of branch and complete the process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
