Branch Manager
Job Description
Branch Manager salary will be 18000 to 30000 per month based on the sales experience in banking / NBFC sector.
• Responsible for overall Branch operations and profitability of the branch,
• Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets
• Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month, Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance,
• Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPA's
Required Qualification:
Fresh or Experienced Graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline and with inclination towards sales and marketing to develop their career in financial industry.
Communication and fair knowledge in Computers.
Age limit -21 to 40 maximum
