Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the establishment and operations of our new offices in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and setting up the office space, building a high-performing team, and driving business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Operational Phase:
Office Space Identification and Setup: Identify and secure a suitable office space in Coimbatore, ensuring it meets the company's requirements and standards.
Office Design and Layout: Collaborate with the HQ team to design and plan the office layout, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment.
Infrastructure Setup: Oversee the setup of necessary infrastructure, including IT, telecommunications, and utilities.
Operational Phase:
Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, including sales, customer support, and operations.
Business Development: Develop and execute a business plan to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand the customer base in the region.
Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Management: Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure the branch meets its objectives.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage the branch budget, ensuring effective cost control and optimal resource allocation.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Leadership: Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with HQ teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry or a startup environment. Freshers with exceptional skills and a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
