Branch manager position Candidates from Shipping & Logistics background and good experience in Administration, Sales & Custom Clearance (CHA Must) from logistics industry is required. We need experience of domestic port EXPORT/IMPORT IATA certificate of Cargo. CTC offered is 6LPA to 6.60LPA negotiable for right candidate. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Should be well experienced of managing and handling Administration and the whole branch operations.
• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
• Proficient in standard logistics software.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees where required.
• Lead operational running of the branch, prioritizing under-performing areas and suggesting/ managing adjustments through to fruition.
• Develop and implement medium term branch improvements.

Marketing: value added Customer visit, Quotation, correspondence, customer data 3. Team Mgt. accurate shipping & delivery, responsible for end-to-end Logistics & distribution 4.EXCELENT SERVICES: AIR/SEA EXPORTS.AIR/SEA IMPORTS + CHA ACTIVITIES Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9660,000.00 per year Benefits:
