Job description :This is a full-time on-site role for an Opening for a Branch Manager-Agency-Life Insurance.As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing agency life insurance operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a team, setting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals.Role & responsibilities :- Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of Branch Operation Plans with specific focus towards product availability, distribution and activity management;- Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the Agency business facilitate for PLI products- Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation.- Streamlining and development of processes to ensure smooth management- Optimize cost across your business- Ensure service excellence through effective use of different training modules and selling skills program.Preferred candidate profile- Prior experience 5-6 in branch management or agency operations in the life insurance industry- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targets- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- Customer-focused attitude and ability to build strong relationshipsBachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a relevant fieldContact : + 91 78620 87265 (ref:updazz.com)
