Requirements :- Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales of managing Equity Broking branch.- Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, F & O, Commodities, Insurance, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF.- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans- Meet goals and metrics- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately- Provide branch personnel - with training, coaching, development, and motivation- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
