Roles & Responsibilities:- Ensure each team member contributes to achieve the overall revenue target, No individual target to team leader.- Training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards the goals.- Take one on one session with advisors who are non-performers and make sure to enhance their performance.- Ensure to achieve team targets in terms of revenue/TPP & client acquisition.- Daily activation and reactivation of clients in derivatives and E- margin.- Close tracking of TPP follow ups and closures.- Maintain healthy relationship with top clients of the team.- Coordinating with research team for advice, review of the portfolio for top customers on regular basis.- Ensure compliance and adherence to regulations.
