We are hiring for Branch Manager post in NBFC Bank .
Location: Bellary, Raichur & Kolar
Position: Branch Manager (LAP)
Job descriptions
• Should handle a large team and responsible for the area's profitability
• Lead the team towards the desired Objectives or portfolio
• Effectively managing the customer Grievances
• To initiate new strategy on sourcing, providing customers services
• Manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring the team
• Ensuring the Login process & disbursements within TAT
• Ensure operations, risk control and process adherence at branches
• Maintain branch audit scores
• To make the team adaptive to the new polices and terms framed by the management.
Preferred Candidates Profile:
• Should have hands on experience in LAP nearly 3 to 5 Years
• Should have past work experience in NBFC, Effective team management skill.
• Good Knowledge of Banking & Operations
