To grow the agency business to targeted GPW numbers with a team of Agency Managers in the branch. Focus on building a large sustainable book of business and base of agents Handle key relationships in the branch with personal focus Tracking enabling performance of the Agency managers on a regular basis Handhold agency manager with regular trainings and joint field work, Responsible for overall administration, operations and statutory compliance activities of the branch, with support from the corporate office Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by the branch with constant quality check MBA (Desirable) with at least 5-6 years of experience in sales. At least 2-3 years handling a sales team, and minimum 3 years in the insurance industry (Life, general or health) Should enjoy building from scratch and independent working.
