• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and intermediaries.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management regarding sales, targets, and achievements within the agency channel.
• Manage a team of agency channel staff and provide leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve team and organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to agency partners to improve their performance and productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• AGE - UPTO 40
• MIN 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LIFE INSURANCE TEAM HANDLING
