Job Description

• Manage daily store operations opening/closing procedures.
• Entire store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and asset management.
• Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of merchandise.
• Supervise sales team members to achieve targets and provide coaching for improvement.
• Responsible for staff management including attendance, accommodation, payroll and keeping up their morale.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Support in marketing activities viz. ATL, BTL, Digital etc.
• Maintain and upkeep all statutory licenses for the store.
• Responsible to maintain good relations with vendors and statutory bodies.
• Handle all transactions related to petty cash, bills, payments, and settlements
• Ensure Adherence of all SOPs in case of inward/outward products
• Accurate and timely preparation / submission / review of reports -expenses.
• Control shrinkage at showroom
