Job Overview:
The Branch Manager will oversee all branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and the achievement of business objectives. This role involves lead generation, admission conversion, target achievement, class scheduling, maintaining class quality, certification processes, student placements, staff training, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels including online marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive student enrolments and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for business development and expansion of Airon Academy's presence in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, schools, colleges, and other relevant stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
• Admission Conversion:
• Oversee the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Conduct informational sessions and follow-up calls to convert leads into admissions.
• Ensure a high conversion rate by addressing prospective students' queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Target Achievement:
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch performance targets.
• Monitor progress towards targets and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Report on target achievement and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Regional Manager.
• Scheduling Sessions & Batches:
• Work with the Admin team to Plan and manage class schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet student needs.
• Coordinate with instructors and support staff to ensure timely and efficient class delivery.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and adjustments as needed.
• Maintaining Quality of Classes:
• Ensure that all classes meet Airon Academy's quality standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and obtain student feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives based on feedback and assessments.
• Certifications:
• Oversee the certification process for students, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and certifications.
• Work with the academic team to update and enhance certification programs as needed.
• Placements:
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers.
• Facilitate job placements for students through networking, job fairs, and partnerships.
• Provide career counseling and job search assistance to students.
• Work closely with the Corporate Relations team to do better placements in terms of Company grades & packages.
• Staff Training:
• Identify training needs for branch staff and organize relevant training sessions.
• Ensure that staff are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and teaching methodologies as well as sales techniques.
• Promote continuous professional development among staff members.
• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Address any team conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
• Branch Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and support to ensure efficient operation of the branch.
• Monitor student satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Manage branch budgets and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Represent Airon Academy at local events and networking functions.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager / GM.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
