We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Branch Manager to oversee our salon operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management.

Sales and Marketing

• Promote salon services and products to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Branch Management:

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Stock management

Staff Management:

• Train, and supervise salon staff
• Schedule staff shifts
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Financial Management:

• Manage the salon's budget and expenses.
• Monitor inventory levels and process indent as needed.
• Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.

Customer Service:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and have a positive salon experience.
• Implement loyalty programs and client retention strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
