Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy, excellent business acumen, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
- Oversee marketing and admissions efforts
- Ensure high-quality training delivery and student satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and optimize resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or Engineering)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the solar energy industry
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, policies, and market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in education or training management
- Certification in solar energy (e.g., NABCEP)
- Familiarity with local solar energy regulations and incentives
