  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the gold loan branch.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of the branch, including customer interactions, loan processing, and disbursal of funds.
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service:
  • Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Loan Processing and Approval:
  • Oversee the gold loan processing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Review loan applications, assess the value of gold collateral, and make lending decisions.
  • Work closely with the credit team to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with loan approvals.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including loan officers and administrative personnel.
