Job Title: Branch Manager - TPA (Third Party Administrator)
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Kolkata
Experiences: 12 +years
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with insurers for TPA empanelment and SLA signing.
• Develop business plans to meet revenue targets.
• Set and drive region-wise, segment-wise targets.
• Prepare progress reports and review formats.
• Identify new market opportunities for growth.
• Maintain relationships with insurers and brokers.
• Present updates to management and represent in client evaluations.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Lead acquisition efforts and nurture client relationships.
• Oversee sales team, guide lead pursuit and deal closure.
• Collaborate for product enhancement and service improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and feedback.
Note: Strong leadership and communication skills required.
