Leadership & Team Management:
Build, motivate, and empower a team of Direct Channel Sales Managers to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned branch territory.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and identify opportunities for team member growth.
Recruit, onboard, and train high-caliber Sales Managers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Sales & Business Development:
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships and expand the branch's reach within the designated territory.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for life insurance products through the Direct Channel.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize branch performance.
Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and adherence to company policies.
Manage and monitor branch budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to regional management.
