Description:The key functions will be
\xef\x82\xb7 Profitability Management - Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch
\xef\x82\xb7 Target setting & management - Monitoring branch targets in numbers & volumes
\xef\x82\xb7 Portfolio quality management - through superior underwriting, working closely with collections
\xef\x82\xb7 Cost management - managing all branch operating costs including cost of acquisition, operations etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 People management - Motivating team, handling HR & administration function of the branch
\xef\x82\xb7 Customer experience management - Ensuring superior customer experience and handling customer
service in terms of collections, pre closures & service issues
