The role will be responsible for recruiting FLMs (Unit Managers) and Providing training to FLMs by soliciting business through their natural market. \xc2\xa7 Responsible to grow the business in their respective districts \xc2\xa7 A team of FLM(Unit Managers)s will report to the role \xc2\xa7 Will be responsible for the top-line and bottom-line targets for the geographies mentioned above \xc2\xa7 Will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for the Channel.
