We are looking for Branch manager for one of reputed life insurance company Position: Branch Manager- Service to Sales & Loyalty Experience 10 Years. in life insurance sales from Direct/CAT/S2S/Priority Channels etc. Industry: Life Insurance Qualification: Graduate Location:Delhi,Noida,Gurgaon,Okhla,Jaipur,chandigarh : 1. Manage S2S & loyalty Channel in allocated branches. Would be heading s2s n loyalty for dm channel for specific regional 2. Will be having front liners and ABM\'S under them. 3. Develop & build team along with monitoring existing manpower 2. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of on-roll staff - Relationship Manager\'s & Branch Manager\'s. 3. Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers to procure necessary business. 4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management. 5. To motivate SMs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company. 6. Regular monitoring of SMs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures. 7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs of S2S /LoyaltyChannel for smooth functioning.
