S M ICECREAM MART A ONE STOP SHOP FOR ICECREAM / BAKERY / HOMEBAKER IS LOOKING FOR A STORE MANAGER WHO CAN REPRESNT THE COMPANY AND MANAGE ITS OPERATIONS
The Store Manager will be fully responsible for the overall management and operations of the store. This role requires a leader who is adept at handling multiple aspects of store management, including stock control, accounts, staff management, operations, e-commerce sales, B2B sales, retail sales, cash collection, cash deposit, expenses, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Management:
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales goals and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Stock Control:
• Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Accounts and Cash Handling:
• Oversee all financial transactions, including cash collection and deposit.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage store expenses and budget effectively.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Create a positive and motivating work environment.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
• Sales Management:
• Drive e-commerce, B2B, and retail sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track store performance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and store management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Financial acumen and experience in cash handling.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
