Job Description

We are Looking The Branch Incharge is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the assigned branch of Maruti Driving School.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Manage the scheduling of instructors, vehicles, and student lessons to optimize resource utilization. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all vehicles and branch facilities. Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, payments, and instructor schedules.

Team Leadership and Management:

Supervise, motivate, and mentor driving instructors and administrative staff. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Need 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the service or education industry. Need Valid DL
Location : Near By Location around 10 Km

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
