The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ISP branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing branch staff, and achieving financial and operational targets. The role involves strategic planning, staff management, sales, and operational oversight to drive branch performance and growth.
Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Manage branch resources efficiently to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitoring financial performance against targets.
• Implement cost control measures to enhance branch profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to address any discrepancies.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure branch compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect branch assets and customer data.
Community Engagement:
• Represent the branch in local community and industry events.
• Foster relationships with community leaders and organisations to enhance the branch's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, and operations management.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
